- How do I book a lesson?
The first step is to book a free intro lesson.
In this short session, we assess your level, understand your goals, and explain how lessons will work for you.
After that, you choose a monthly plan that fits your schedule.
- Where do the lessons take place?
All lessons take place online.
We use Zoom or Google Meet, depending on what suits you best.
You can join from anywhere in the world.
- How long is one lesson?
Regular lessons are 45 minutes long.
The free intro lesson lasts around 15–20 minutes.
This is enough time to understand your level and see if the approach feels right.
- Do I need any Serbian to start?
No.
We work with complete beginners as well as advanced learners.
Your teacher adapts the lessons to your level and helps you progress step by step.
- What if I live in a different time zone?
That’s not a problem.
We work with students in different time zones and will find a suitable schedule for you.
- How often are lessons and how does pricing work?
Lessons are organised in monthly packages.
You can choose to have lessons once, twice, or three times per week. All lessons in a package are normally used within the same month.
- How can I pay for the lessons?
Payment is possible by bank card or PayPal.
All payments are handled securely.
- What if I need to cancel a lesson?
If you need to cancel, please let your teacher know at least 3 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Lessons cancelled later than that cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- Are lessons individual or in groups?
Most lessons are one-to-one, which allows for fully personalised teaching.
Small group lessons may be available on request.
